Julio Anta is a writer based in New York City. Raised in Miami, in a Cuban and Colombian family, his writing focuses on the intersection of Latinx identity and American life.

Henry Barajas is a Latinx author from Tucson, AZ. He is best known for HELM GREYCASTLE and his graphic memoir about his great-grandfather Ramon Jaurigue titled LA VOZ DE M.A.Y.O.: TATA RAMBO. He has contributed to anthologies that benefit mass shooting Route 91 victims and The Southern Poverty Law Center such as WHERE WE LIVE and The Good Fight.

Matías Bergara, born and currently living in Montevideo (Uruguay), is an illustrator and a comic book and video game artist. He has contributed to THE SCUMBAG for Image Comics and produced art and graphic novels for BOOM!, DC/Vertigo, Humanoids, and Neil Gaiman's Odd and the Frost Giants. He is currently working on creator-owned books to be published in the US and Europe.

Iván Brandon is a fiction writer for a number of mediums, including film, television, and video games. Jorge Corona is a Venezuelan sequential artist and the winner of the 2015 Russ Manning Award. A writer and illustrator, his works include We are…Robin, Nightwing, and The Flash for DC Comics; Big Trouble in Little China: Old Man Jack, Adventure Time Comics, Jim Henson’s The Storyteller: Dragons, and others for BOOM! Studios. Corona is also the co-creator of GONERS and NO. 1 WITH A BULLET (Nominated for the 2018 Eisner Awards for Best Cover Artist) alongside Jacob Semahn for Image Comics, and creator of Feathers, his all-ages dark fantasy, for Archaia Entertainment.

J. Gonzo is a Chicano artist, born and raised in Cypress, CA., who resides in Phoenix, AZ. Artwise, his formative years were shaped by the rigid tradition and Byzantine iconography of the Catholic school he attended juxtaposed with the DIY aesthetic of the late 70s, Orange County Punk counterculture peppered with the bright, bold, Latino hues of his grandparents generation. He attended the Orange County High School of the Arts’ Visual Arts Program and went to a terrible trade school for a degree in Graphic Design. He also apprenticed and tattooed professionally for a number of years before entering the world of advertising and design. Gonzo has spent the past 25-plus years using his creative skills at ad agencies, toy and comic companies, design studios, freelancing, creating his own comic book title LA MANO DEL DESTINO and publishing imprint Castle & Key Publications, as well as handling art duties on LA VOZ DE M.A.Y.O.: TATA RAMBO for Top Cow & Image Comics.

JOHN LEGUIZAMO

John Leguizamo is an actor, director, producer, playwright, screenwriter, author & comedian. He rose to fame with a co-starring role in Super Mario Bros. (1993) as Luigi. He notably appeared in the films To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar for which he was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor. He has also appeared in Spawn, Moulin Rouge!, Summer of Sam, Chef, John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2, The Happening, and Romeo + Juliet. He has provided voice-work for Sid the Sloth in the animated commercially successful Ice Age film series (2002–2016). He had a recurring role on ER and was a series regular on The Kill Point. He is also known for his role as Ozzy Delvecchio on Bloodline. He has appeared in over 75 films, produced over 10 films, directed 1 & has starred on Broadway in several productions (winning several awards, including a Tony Award). He has been nominated for four Primetime Emmy Awards, winning one in 1999 for his performance in Freak. He's writing PHENOMX for Image Comics

Sloane Leong is a self-taught cartoonist, artist, and writer. She explores themes of survival, displacement, relationships, spirituality, identity, and mental illness through science fiction, horror, adventure, and slice-of- life genres. Her work focuses on exploring silenced narratives from marginalized and displaced communities and people of color, to connect personally with individuals through storytelling, with an aim to cultivate a kinder, more understanding future. She's the creator of PRISM STALKER.

DAVID LÓPEZ

David López was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from a Castillian origin, living in Zaragoza, Spain. He's been doing comics all his life but started publishing in 1998 at La Cúpula, the house of the best underground comics in Spain.

In 2001 he crossed the Atlantic Ocean to start working at D.C. Comics where he created Fallen Angel with fan-favorite writer Peter David; after that, a 30 issue no scale run on Catwoman with Will Pfeiffer at the scripts.

In 2008, he jumped to The House of Ideas where he drew some Hawkeye & Mockingbird books. In 2011, he drew Mystic (nominee for an Eisner and a Harvey Award) with scripts by G. Willow Wilson. Until 2013, he worked on several X-Men properties and a couple of Spider-Man books.

Between 2014 and 2015 he collaborated with Kelly Sue de Connick on Captain Marvel and later on Captain Marvel and the Carol Corps. One of his latest projects was BLACKHAND & IRONHEAD.

MARCOS MARTÍN

Marcos Martin is a Catalan comic book artist whose work at Marvel and DC includes such titles as Batgirl: Year One, Breach, Dr. Strange: The Oath, Amazing Spider-man, and Daredevil. In 2013 he founded the online platform Panel Syndicate together with writer Brian K. Vaughan and illustrator/colorist Muntsa Vicente in order to distribute their creator-owned comic, The Private Eye. The series went on to win an Eisner Award for Best Digital/Webcomic and the Harvey Award for Best Online Comics Work. The Private Eye and Panel Syndicate have received critical acclaim and media attention for their role as one of the first DRM-free, pay-what-you-want comics and has continued to publish other works by the same team (Barrier, The Walking Dead: The Alien) as well as opening up to other renowned creators like Jay Faerber, Ken Niimura, David López or Albert Monteys.

Image Comics has since published THE PRIVATE EYE as a deluxe hardcover graphic novel, BARRIER as a deluxe five-issue miniseries, and FRIDAY.

Ramón K Pérez is an established cartoonist, illustrator, and designer with over two decades experience in the creative field. He is a multiple Eisner and Harvey award winning artist and has also garnered such accolades as The Honour Book and Official Selection 2008 Silver Birch Non-Fiction Awards, ForeWord Reviews’ 2010 Book of the Year Award, and The Shuster Award for best graphic novel 2012, amongst numerous nominations, for his collaborative works in children’s literature, digital media, and comics. Based in Spain, Emma shifted her focus to a mix of both architecture and small press until working on comics full time in 2007. Having worked for Boom! Rafael Scavone started his career in 2014 editing comic books alongside Rafael Albuquerque at their own publisher, Stout Club. Since then, he has worked for DC Comics writing popular characters such as Wonder Woman and Batman. He is currently writing HIT-GIRL for Image Comics and adapting the award-winning story A Study in Emerald, from Neil Gaiman, for Dark Horse Comics. Rafael lives in Brazil, loves to hear and tell stories, spending most of his time among comic books, music, and friends.

Harvey Award winning artist José Villarrubia is a professor in the Illustration Department of the Maryland Institute College of Art. He has also been nominated for the Eisner Award twice and regularly works for all the major American comic publishers (Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dark Horse Publishing) as a colorist. He edited and colored INFIDEL for Image Comics.
