PORTLAND, Ore. 04/10/2026 — Plastic, Plush, Vinyl, and I Was a Fashion School Serial Killer creative duo Doug Wagner and Daniel Hillyard’s bestselling launch Narco has sold out completely at the distributor level yet again. Image Comics has fast-tracked Narco #1 for reprint to keep up with escalating demand for this debut issue.
The third printing cover will feature art by Hillyard and pay homage to the iconic Evil Dead movie poster.
"I’m blown away by the amazing response to Narco," said Hillyard. "Finding out that we were going to be heading back for a third print run just melted my brain (in a good way). And I got to squeeze in that Evil Dead homage!"
Wagner added: "It’s surreal, honestly. You don’t expect something like this when you’re making the book. I’m just incredibly grateful to the retailers and readers who’ve taken a chance on Narco. A third printing is something I don’t take lightly."
