SAN DIEGO 07/27/2024 — Image Comics congratulates all the winners of last night’s Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards and thanks the members of the industry for all their ongoing support of creator-owned comics.
Daniel Warren Johnson (Do a Powerbomb, Space-Mullet) took to the stage for wins in both the “Best Continuing Series” and “Best Writer/Artist” categories for his work on Image/Skybound’s Transformers.
Sana Takeda was honored with the award in “Best Painter/Multimedia Artist (interior art)” category.
