PORTLAND, Ore. 05/16/2024 — This year, the Eisner Award committee honors Image Comics talent with 25 total Eisner nominations—17 nominations and 8 shared nominations—making Image Comics the publisher with the most nominations for 2024.
Image weighed in with the most nominations in both the "Best New Series" and "Best Writer/Artist" categories out of all the publishers nominated and Kelly Thompson was the creator who snagged the most nominations this year to her name, with five total.

ABOUT THE EISNER AWARDS:
Voting for the awards is being held online using a two-step process. The first step is for prospective voters to apply. After filling out the form, eligible voters will be invited to go to the ballot and cast their votes. Those who previously registered will automatically be invited to fill out the new ballot. All professionals in the comic book industry are eligible to vote. The Eisner Awards are presented under the auspices of San Diego Comic Convention, a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation organized for charitable purposes and dedicated to creating the general public’s awareness of and appreciation for comics and related popular art forms, including nonprofit educational organizations dedicated to creating awareness of and appreciation for comics and related popular art forms, primarily through the presentation of conventions and events that celebrate the historic and ongoing contributions of comics to art and culture.
