We publish a lot of comics here at Image, from fun slice-of-life autobio to hardcore science fiction and almost everything in-between. It's always fun to see significant or impressive panels from our comics, and once a week from here on out, we're going to spotlight a great panel or small series of panels from a handful of our books. The panels might depict a good joke, a vicious fight scene, or simply something that tickled our fancies. We don't want to spoil the comics for you, so we're going to be very careful about what we select, but mild spoiler warnings apply.
APHRODITE IX #4 by MATT HAWKINS & STJEPAN SEJIC
You blacked out, committed a murder or two, and woke up with no recollection of your crimes. Everyone you know wants you dead. What do you do?
THE BOUNCE #4 by JOE CASEY & DAVID MESSINA
Fighting your way through a misunderstanding is the superheroic version of a meet-cute.
CHIN MUSIC #2 by STEVE NILES & TONY HARRIS
Chin Music has style.
I LOVE TROUBLE #6 by KEL SYMONS & NATHAN STOCKMAN
There's something fascinating about seeing a classic scary story told in a new way.
THE MICE TEMPLAR IV: LEGEND #6 by BRYAN J.L. GLASS, VICTOR SANTOS, SERENA GUERRA & JAMES H. GLASS
Sometimes horror is just a matter of scale. Weasels are no trouble for you or me, but to mice? Well.
REVIVAL #13 by TIM SEELEY & MIKE NORTON
Part of the beauty of REVIVAL is how the mundane and fantastic intersect and play off each other. Even in times of extreme stress and horror, life goes on.
THIEF OF THIEVES #16 by ROBERT KIRKMAN, ANDY DIGGLE, SHAWN MARTINBROUGH & FELIX SERRANO
An important part of any story is setting the stakes. What's worse than having to deal with the cops on a heist? Do you really want the answer to that question?
