In SPREAD, the world is plagued by a mysterious and deadly red growth that threatens to engulf the world. The "spread" was first unleashed a decade prior when humans dug too deep into the Earth. "So he’s got a lot of calluses, both physical and mental."

But when No finds and must protect the baby named Hope, he changes as he fights for more than just his own survival.
