IMAGE EXPO Exclusive Variants & Guests Added

Image Comics’ premiere media event gives fans even more reasons to attend, additional guests James Robinson, Paul Azaceta, and Joshua Williamson announced

Exclusive variants and even more guests will be at Image Expo! As if Image Comics hasn’t given you enough reasons to count down the days to the Expo on January 9 in San Francisco, THE WALKING DEAD #1 full color cover by Nick Dragotta, THE WALKING DEAD #1 B&W variant cover by Nick Dragotta, BLACK SCIENCE #1 with a cover by Sanford Greene, SEX CRIMINALS #1 with a cover by Chip Zdarsky, GHOSTED #6 B&W variant by Matteo Scalera, MANIFEST DESTINY #3 B&W variant by Matthew Roberts, and PROPHET #42 with a cover by Brandon Graham, will be available for premium ticket holders and on-sale at the event.

Image Comics is also pleased to announce three additional guests that will be in attendance at Image Expo this year, James Robinson (writer of THE SAVIORS), Paul Azaceta (artist of the forthcoming OUTCAST), and Joshua Williamson (writer of GHOSTED). That brings the all-star list of creators in attendance up to 12, with many more special guests yet to be announced.

Previously announced guests include Robert Kirkman (Image Comics partner and the creator of THE WALKING DEAD), Matt Fraction (Eisner Award winner and writer of SEX CRIMINALS & SATELLITE SAM), Rick Remender (writer of BLACK SCIENCE and DEADLY CLASS), Kelly Sue DeConnick (writer of PRETTY DEADLY), Brandon Graham (Eisner Award-winning writer/artist of PROPHET & MULTIPLE WARHEADS), Nick Dragotta (EAST OF WEST), Nick Spencer (MORNING GLORIES, BEDLAM), Joe Keatinge (GLORY), and Wes Craig (DEADLY CLASS). And of course, even more exciting surprise guests will be revealed on the day of the event, making Image Expo a must for comic book fans.
