Shane Houghton

Shane Houghton is the writer and co-creator of Reed Gunther, the critically acclaimed all-ages comic book about a bear-riding cowboy. Shane has also written for many licensed comic properties such as The Simpsons, Adventure Time, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Peanuts. Together with his brother Chris, Shane has co-created and optioned three original animated series. Currently, Shane is developing a show with his brother at Disney TV Animation, and works as a staff writer on Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks. Shane lives in Los Angeles with his wife and cat, Donald.
