Scott Koblish
Scott Koblish is an American comic-book artist who has worked as a penciller and inker on more than 600 comic books for Marvel, Valiant, Platinum, Disney and DC Comics. Koblish attended the Joe Kubert School and the School of Visual Arts in New York and began his career as a member of the Romita Raiders, working under John Romita Sr. at Marvel Comics. Koblish has worked on a variety of Marvel’s titles: including G.I. Joe, The Punisher, Elektra, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Daredevil, Deadpool, The Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, The X-Men, Moon Knight, Spider-Man/Deadpool, X-Men ’92, Uncanny X-Men: First Class, Star Wars, Venom and How to Read Comics the Marvel Way. His work at DC Comics includes Primal Age, Cybernetic Summer, Titans Giant, Batman: The Caped Crusader and Aquaman: The Becoming. His most popular work at Marvel as a penciller was a six-year run as an artist on Deadpool for Marvel, where he received the Guinness Book of World Records for most characters to appear on a comic book cover. He is also the author and artist of the book The Many Deaths of Scott Koblish, which is also currently in print in the U.S. and Vietnam.
