Paolo BaronPaolo is an Italian writer of fiction and graphic novels. In 2004, he founded 80144 edizioni, a publishing house specializing in short stories. His recent work—with Ernesto Carbonetti, his constant collaborator, providing the artwork—includes the hit Punk is Undead, a horror-rock saga. His most recent book, Paul is Dead, has been translated and published in Spain, France, and the United States for Image comics. From June to September, he resides in the south of Italy, in a magic little fisherman's village called Acciaroli, where he opens his bookshop, Libreria del porto, to tourists while writing his stories. He is currently working on a new graphic novel, inspired by Jim Morrison and the mystery of the 27 club, and playing his cigar box guitar.
