Image Expo 2015 is a professional event, and most attendees will be members of the press and comic book retailer community as a part of their jobs. However, the tickets available to fans will allow an exclusive chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at the comic book industry in action.
No. IMAGE EXPO is not a traditional comic book convention. While we love vendor booths and cosplayers, IMAGE EXPO 2015's focus will be on Image announcements and unique opportunities for press, retailers, and fans to interact with comic book creators.
Appearing at IMAGE EXPO will be Image Comics creators Robert Kirkman, Brian K. Vaughan, Steve Skroce, Greg Rucka, and Tula Lotay. In addition, there will be special surprise guests who will be appearing at the event.
In an effort to better manage signings, attendees standing in line for a signing will receive a wristband. Once we run out of the allotted number of wristbands, the line will be closed. Lines will not be allowed to form until 30 minutes prior to a signing time in order to be compliant with fire code regulations.
Yes. Premium Pass-holders will have exclusive access to the IMAGE EXPO variant signing, limit one (1) copy of each of the complementary variants provided at check-in. All other signings throughout the day will have a 3-item limit.
All YBCA buildings are wheelchair accessible (including accessible restroom facilities). Wheelchair seating is available in both performance venues and our Screening Room. Please let the Box Office know if you have a person using a wheelchair in your party when you order tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Image Expo is dedicated to serving all of its attendees. American SignLanguage interpreters for the deaf will be present during the Keynote address and all Image Expo panels.
