I have 1-4, though have yet to see 5-8. Have 5-8 been released?

No, sadly.
We're trying desperately to get the second half of the book out as quickly as we got the first half out. Unexpected health-related problems set us back a ton, after starting out well ahead.

Ed Tadem was at the FanExpo on Saturday and I forgot to bring my 76 books! I told him I'd bring them by on Sunday, he nodded... but by Sunday, he was gone...  |
